Initial conversations are unbilled and last about thirty minutes. Bring the question. The shape of the engagement comes later.
The studio is registered in Switzerland under Swiss commercial law. Invoicing is in CHF; cross-border rates available for EU and non-EU engagements.
Engagements run in any of three working languages. Italian and English are primary; Spanish is full professional fluency from prior commercial roles in Madrid and Barcelona.
Most engagements run across DACH, Iberia, Italy, France, and the UK. Selective work outside EMEA where there is clear sectoral or relational fit.
A useful initial note covers three things. The note itself can be short — two paragraphs is usually enough.
A short description of the problem or opportunity, in plain language. Specificity helps; certainty is not required.
Where you sit — operator, founder, investor, peer — and the rough scale or stage you are operating at. Two or three lines.
Whether this is a fast-moving situation or an exploratory conversation. Both are welcome; response cadence differs.
References from prior clients and advisory boards are available on request after an initial conversation has established mutual fit.
